I recently wrote something for OnMilwaukee.com (a Milwaukee-based digital magazine) on the history of Southeastern Wisconsin potato chips. It was great fun to look back through old issues of the Milwaukee Journal to learn more about the factories, presence, and changes to brands I saw during my childhood.
Most grocery shopping during my youth happened at Kohl’s, known for a very distinct and awesome store design.
