On Southeastern Wisconsin Potato Chip History – PCW in OnMilwaukee.com

I recently wrote something for OnMilwaukee.com (a Milwaukee-based digital magazine) on the history of Southeastern Wisconsin potato chips. It was great fun to look back through old issues of the Milwaukee Journal to learn more about the factories, presence, and changes to brands I saw during my childhood.
