Just Crisps

Just Crisps are a Staffordshire-based brand created by a multi-generation family farm. They're one of several "farm to package" brands that have sprouted up (no pun intended) over the last 10-15 years.

The crisps are distinct in that they're cooked in rapeseed oil. The oil is lower in saturated fat than other cooking oils. Did you also know that it used to be used as a lubricant for steam engines?
